How can my company participate as an exhibitor?
From the menu choose contact us button where you get necessary information about the exhibition team tab. Or you can rather go directly to the link Book a Stand From Exhibiting at PLASTEX menu. Fill in the form and press submit. You will be contacted by one of our sales team who will provide you with all necessary information and literature for reservation procedures.
What is the minimum size of stand?
12 sqm is the minimum size of Schell scheme stand. As for the raw space stand, it has to be a minimum of 24 sqm.
What are the available promotional tools I can utilize to promote my company in the exhibition?
The organizers are offering you many tools to enhance your corporate image and maximize your participation in the exhibition. To associate your organization with this unique event and find out more about selection of sponsorship and promotional packages, please visit Branding and Marketing section. If you want to promote your company in another way or use another media, don’t hesitate getting in touch with the sales person in charge in contact the team tab.
Where can I find accommodation in Cairo?
Cairo has a wide range of hotels from 2 - 5 stars at affordable prices. Most of Cairo’s luxurious hotels are within 10 – 20 minutes from the Cairo Fair Grounds. Our travel department can assist you in indicating hotels with the required price ranges.
What about the weather in Cairo?

Cairo’s climate is usually moderate ranging from 20-25 centigrade all over the year except for the months of June, July, August and September when it ranges from 30-35c (sometimes even 40c in July & August). Mid-season for formal wear and T-shirts for casual are the most suitable for Cairo, while humidity is relatively high. Sunglasses and head caps are particularly recommended in Summer.

What is the deadline for stand reservation?
2 months prior to the show are the usual deadline for application forms. However, you can rather directly contact our team (local or international) to confirm with them about the deadline and check if there is available space.
I am interested to receive regular information on your exhibition(s) in the future. What should I do?
You can receive regular newsletters, press releases , and/or invitations to our exhibitions. All you have to do is to type your name and e-mail in the newsletter box to the left of this page then click submit or send an e-mail to yhamdy@acg-itf.com indicating the sectors / exhibitions of your interest.
How can I hire a translator / stand assistant?
Please refer to the technical manual , fill in the necessary Form 6 and send it back by fax at least 4 weeks prior to the show. Or you can press the contact us button and then choose the exhibition team and e-mail the concerned sales personnel.
How do I book my travel to Cairo?

Do I need a VISA to enter Cairo?

Exhibitors and visitors who have passports from the following countries DO NOT need to apply for a visa before entering Cairo. Upon arrival at the airport they will be issued a visa which lasts up to 60 days –

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Zealand, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Korea,San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, USA, UK, Vatican.

Visitors from all other countries require visas. These can be obtained from Egyptian Embassies. The normal processing time is 5 working days, however urgent visas can be obtained within 3 working days at an additional charge. The duration of the visa depends on whether you apply for a transit (14 days) or tourist (30 days) visa. Where can I find details on shipping procedures?
Please contact our official freight forwarder to arrange the shipping details. If you prefer to have your own freight forwarder, please don’t forget to pass them the venue address including the exhibition name and date.
